ABOUT PAMELA

Pamela is a seasoned Executive Coach and innovative thought leader on building Human-Centered and Inclusive Organizational Cultures. As SVP of People and Organizational Development at fast-growing unicorn startup Outreach, Pamela serves as an executive coach in residence. She leads the strategy and execution of culture, leadership development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives across the organization.

Before Outreach, Pamela was the Global Head of Executive Development for Amazon, where she led Amazon’s Global Executive Development function dedicated to helping Amazon grow its most senior leaders, amplify its culture, and re-invent the leadership science needed to support nimbleness and agility in the face of rapid growth.

She was responsible for curating and codifying what it means to keep Amazon a Day One company and for the onboarding and development of Amazon executives worldwide. She created Amazon’s first ever executive onboarding cultural immersion, stood up Amazon’s internal executive coaching center of excellence, and designed Amazon’s Day One director development program focused on building the mindsets and skills needed to lead large, rapidly growing, innovative organizations on purpose and at scale.

Pamela is a respected member of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) faculty alumni and a PCC credentialed member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Pamela is also a certified Immunity to Change (ITC) Executive Coach as well as a credentialed facilitator of Dr. Brené Brown's Dare to Lead curriculum.

Pamela is currently completing her doctoral studies focused on inclusive startup cultures at Fielding Graduate Institute. Native English Speaker and fluent in Swedish, Pamela has lived In Switzerland, France, Sweden, and the US. Pamela currently shares her time between Sweden and the US. She is a proud mother of four, an avid chef, and world traveler.
